Jennifer Lind is President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Northern California, one of the region’s leading residential real estate companies. In this role, she leads the daily operations of approximately 56 sales offices and more than 4,000 independent agents from Carmel to Tahoe, including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, North Bay, and Sacramento.
She was named President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Northern California in 2020. Her innovative leadership approach drives success through collaborative company culture. Prior to becoming President, Lind served in senior leadership roles for top real estate firms within the greater Seattle area and throughout Washington state.
Lind held the position of Senior Vice President of Windermere Real Estate. In this role, she oversaw franchise operations and growth strategies for the Western Washington region for 70 franchise owners with a total of 120 offices and 3,400 sales agents. Under her oversight, the region yielded 40,000 total transactions and $23 billion in sales volume.
She also served as Vice President of Business Strategy for the real estate company, John L. Scott headquartered in Bellevue, Washington with 110 offices and 3000 agents throughout the Pacific Northwest. In this position, she directly led a region of office leaders while being responsible for strategic growth, program implementation, marketing, and luxury initiatives companywide. Her previous experience as a real estate agent, manager, and franchise owner has created a true passion for the business and an approach centered around relationships.
Her real estate career began in 2003 when she became a licensed real estate agent. Throughout her career, Lind has also managed to acquire Certified Negotiation Expert and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) certifications. Lind also served on the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Board of Directors.
She finds time to give back to her community through involvement in various organizations, including Ronald McDonald House, Volunteers of America, Feeding America, and Humble Design.
