I lead Coldwell Banker San Francisco, a 200 plus agent organization producing more than $1 billion in annual sales across luxury residential, investment property, and commercial real estate. My role is operational. I build the structure, protection, and market leverage that allow high performing agents to focus on production.

For more than 25 years, I have worked inside growth environments ranging from new agent development to seven figure producer expansion. I have led organizations across 11 states and supported more than 1,600 agents. Today my focus is San Francisco, where complexity, liability exposure, and competitive pressure require a disciplined operating model rather than generic brokerage support.

As a licensed broker, I work directly inside the transaction pipeline, advising on structure, compliance, negotiations, and conflict resolution across the San Francisco operation. I collaborate with in house counsel and participate in mediation and litigation matters to safeguard our agents and their businesses.
