As the administrative manager of the office, I ensure that agents have a smooth experience in every aspect of their professional activities. I oversee new agent affiliations and onboarding, connect agents with our tech and marketing resources, coordinate with our file review specialists to make sure transaction files are complete, and supervise our sales coordinators to make sure escrow demands are correct so that agents are paid their commissions on time.
